Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Maperivo collects, why, and your rights. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
What we collect
- Account data: your e-mail address and license key. We use passwordless login (magic links), so we do not store passwords.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your plan — never card numbers.
- Usage data: counts of designer sessions and exports, and your saved designs (design codes you choose to save).
- Shop settings: for Pro plans, your branding, catalog, prices and licensed domains.
What we do NOT collect
We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and we do not build profiles across third-party sites. Map searches are proxied to Mapbox to render maps; we do not retain a history of searches tied to your customers.
Why we process it
- To provide the Service (authenticate you, render maps, generate exports, count usage against your plan).
- To take payment and manage your subscription.
- To contact you about your account (login links, license key, service notices).
Processors we use
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and the API.
- Stripe — payments.
- Resend — transactional e-mail (login links, receipts).
- Mapbox / OpenStreetMap — map tiles and geocoding.
Retention
We keep account and usage data while your account is active. Saved designs stay until you delete them (or your account is closed). You can delete saved designs from your panel at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by e-mailing hello@maperivo.com. If you're in the EU/EEA, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use only what's necessary to keep you logged in and remember your license key in your browser — see our Cookie notice.
