Refund & Cancellation

We want the Service to be worth it. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.
Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time from your client panel — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops renewing.
- We don't automatically pro-rate refunds for a partial month, but if something went wrong, e-mail us — we're reasonable.
Credit packs
One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used, since each credit represents a generated production file. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
Something broke?
If an export failed or produced an unusable file due to a fault on our side, we'll re-run it or credit you back — just contact hello@maperivo.com with your license key and the design.
